Profile: Mr. Whitehead joined the firm in 2009. He primarily handles labor and employment matters, including all types of discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations and wrongful termination. He is also fluent in Spanish.

Education: Mr. Whitehead graduated from Whittier College School of Law and was a member of Whittier Law Review. Prior to law school, he graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor focus in International Studies.

Member: American Bar Association, J. Rueben Clark Law Society, Orange County Bar Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
