Profile:  Over 12 years of legal experience primarily in civil litigation.  Mr. Otte handles all components of litigation from the initial claim development stage through the appellate post-trial stage.  He has both defended and prosecuted breach of contract claims, labor and employment disputes including wrongful termination, discrimination, overtime, meal breaks, and other labor law violation claims; construction disputes on both small and large-scale projects for general and sub-contractors; commercial lease landlord/tenant disputes; advertising liability; business liability for personal injury claims both individual and class-action suits; and indemnity/insurance coverage disputes.  His proficiency has developed from working both as an associate in medium and large law firms under seasoned trial attorneys and as a sole practitioner. 
 
Education:  Graduated in top 25% of class from Boston University School of Law; was a member and president of Phi Delta Phi Honor Society and received the Edward F. Hennessey Scholar Award.  Received a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude from West Texas A&M. 

Admittance:  California State and Federal District Courts.
