Profile:  Mr. Christesen has extensive experience in the manufacturing, distribution, aviation, retail and high tech industries.  He previously served as Vice President of Administration and General Counsel for a vehicle manufacturing company and was responsible for its corporate governance, legal compliance and risk management.  He was responsible for negotiating banking and investment relationships.  Mr. Christesen is experienced in handling mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, joint ventures and business relations. He is skilled at strategic development, deal structuring, due diligence, transition management, developing consensus through effective communication, and organizational development for enhanced deal flow.  He has consulted and directed the integration of labor and workforces in merger and turn around environments. He is also fluent in Spanish.

Education:  Graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, was a member of Journal of Public Law.  Graduated Cum Laude from the Marriott School of Management with Master of Business Administration emphases in Strategy and Finance.
